Connect Both Domains in Wix
Use this if both domains are owned by your client and you have access to manage them.

Primary Domain Setup:
◦ Connect the main domain to the Wix site (if not already connected).
Add the Second Domain:
◦ Go to Wix Dashboard > Settings > Domains.
◦ Click “+ Add an Existing Domain”.
◦ Follow the prompts to connect the second domain.
◦ After it’s connected, choose to redirect it to the primary domain so that both domains bring up the same site (and to avoid SEO issues from duplicate content).
DNS Setup:
◦ Wix will provide nameservers or A/CNAME records to add at your domain registrar.
◦ Update the DNS for both domains as instructed by Wix.
Set Primary Domain:
◦ In Wix > Domains, choose which domain is the primary (the one shown in the browser URL).
◦ The secondary domain will redirect to it automatically.

Avoid Just DNS Forwarding at the Registrar
If you simply forward Domain B to Domain A using DNS or registrar-level forwarding, you’ll:
• Lose SEO benefits for the second domain.
• Possibly break email or SSL.
• Miss out on Wix’s automatic redirect and SSL setup.
🔧 Final Tip
If one domain is not managed in Wix yet, transfer or connect it as a “redirecting” domain through Wix’s domain management so that Wix handles it all — including HTTPS and redirects.
